When you create a SaleSync organisation, we collect account information such as your name and email address through our authentication provider. We also collect the organisation, listing, media, and content data you or your team upload to manage your business and generate your public website.

We use the information we collect to operate your organisation's dashboard, generate and serve your public website, provide customer support, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure with access controls appropriate to its sensitivity. SaleSync currently operates in the Australian and Thai markets; data may be stored or processed in either region depending on your organisation's configuration.
4. Third-Party Services
Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive limited technical information (such as your IP address) required to serve those fonts. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising services on this site.
