Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SaleSync's dashboard and website platform. By creating an account or using SaleSync, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
SaleSync gives small-to-medium businesses a private dashboard to manage their organisation, content, and media, plus a live public website generated from that content. Today, SaleSync fully supports the Real Estate category in Australia and Thailand; other business categories and features (including CRM, booking, and marketing tools) are on our roadmap and not yet available.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. The person who creates an organisation is its owner and can invite team members with different roles and permission levels.
3. Subscription Plans
SaleSync offers subscription plans (currently Basic and Pro) with different feature limits, described on our pricing page. In-app billing is not yet live; pricing and billing terms will be confirmed when subscription payments launch.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SaleSync to publish unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content, to interfere with the platform's operation, or to attempt to access other organisations' data without authorization.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the listings, media, and content your organisation uploads to SaleSync. You grant us the license needed to store, process, and publish that content as part of operating your dashboard and generated website.
6. Our Intellectual Property
The SaleSync name, logo, and platform (excluding your own content) are owned by SaleSync and may not be used without our permission.
7. Service Availability
SaleSync is under active development. Features described as "coming soon" are not yet available, and we may add, change, or remove features over time. We'll do our best to keep the platform available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Suspension & Termination
SaleSync may suspend or deactivate an organisation's access, for example, for a policy violation or non-payment. You may stop using SaleSync at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
SaleSync is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
